Shipping Policy for Purely Picks

At Purely Picks, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping to ensure that you receive your orders as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

1. Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (FREE on orders over $50).
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (calculated at checkout).
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (calculated at checkout).

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Fees:

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $50 (within the continental U.S.).
  • Shipping fees for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order through the shipping carrier’s website.

5. International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Purely Picks is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If an error is made, please contact us as soon as possible to update your address.

7. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain items may have restrictions or additional shipping charges due to size or weight. These will be noted during checkout.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped.
