At Purely Picks, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a refund, please read our Refund Policy below for information on how to proceed.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available for most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable).
- Some items are non-refundable, including but not limited to: gift cards, clearance or final sale items, and personal care items.
- Refunds are issued for returned items only, not for products that are lost or damaged in transit unless it was an error on our part.
2. Refund Process

- Once your refund request is approved, you will receive Return Authorization (RA) instructions for returning the item(s).
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is free for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure we receive the item and to protect against any loss or damage during transit.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us immediately with a description and photos of the damaged or defective product. We will issue a full refund or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as the item has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us right away.
6. Refunds for Promotional or Discounted Items
- If your purchase included a promotion (e.g., a discount, coupon, or free gift), the refund will be adjusted accordingly if items are returned.
- If returning items results in the total order value falling below the minimum required for the promotion, the promotion may no longer apply, and the refund will be adjusted.
