Return Policy for Purely Picks

At Purely Picks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Return Policy below for full details on how to return an item.

1. Return Eligibility:

  • You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to: gift cards, clearance or final sale items, and hygiene products (e.g., personal care items).

2. How to Return an Item:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@purelypicks.com or call+447983263691. Include your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Please pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RA number on the return package.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping is free for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please retain any packaging materials and take pictures of the damage for our records.

7. Refunds for Promotional or Discounted Items:

  • If your order included a promotion (e.g., a discount, coupon, or free gift) and you are returning part of the order, the total refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
  • If the return causes the remaining items in the order to fall below the minimum threshold for the promotion, we reserve the right to revoke the discount or promotional offer.

8. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the items have not yet shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
